Phases of the Moon- Animation- Instructions: When the new window opens select "Both" in the box labeled "Point of View". Both will let you see what we see on the Earth, simultaneously with what we would see if we are above the moon and Earth looking down from the top. It becomes very clear why we have different phases of the moon. FOR GREATER CONTROL: Since the animation is fast, you may type in the specific phases of the moon 0-1.0. There is a chart to show you the numbers and identify them with a specific phase of the moon. YOU WILL BE ABLE TO JUMP TO THAT NUMBER BY PRESSING ENTER ON YOUR KEYBOARD AFTER TYPING IN THE NUMBER.
